Job Requirements:

• Fresher Only
• Qualification: Any Graduation 
• Certification:  CCS/CCA/CPC Mandatory
• Academic Performance: Minimum 60% in 10th, 12th, and UG (Any Two)
• Good knowledge of medical coding systems, medical terminologies, regulatory requirements, auditing concepts and principles

Job Descriptions:

• Perform quality audits of outpatient (OP) claim submissions and coding processes.
• Review medical records, coding accuracy, billing data, and claim submissions.
• Ensure compliance with payer guidelines, regulatory standards, and client requirements.
• Identify trends, recurring errors, and process gaps in submissions.
• Provide constructive feedback and coaching to production teams.
• Prepare audit reports, quality scorecards, and performance summaries.
• Collaborate with operations and training teams for process improvement.
• Maintain productivity and accuracy targets as per business requirements.
• Stay updated on coding guidelines, healthcare regulations, and payer updates.
