Terms And Conditions of the institute

• The enrolment for Medical Coding training is subject to the realisation of the program fee.
• Refund or transfer of the training fee is not allowed under any circumstances, even if the student wants to discontinue the course.
• Admission for retraining would require remitting the training fee and purchasing updated training material after a year from DOJ the course.
• Cigma Medical Coding does not guarantee employment after completing the selected training program; however, we provide placement assistance to our students with deserved qualifications.
• Disciplinary action would be initiated against students for disrespectful and disobedient behaviour towards faculty and other staff members of Cigma Medical Coding.
• Cigma Medical Coding has the right to dismiss or terminate students due to indiscipline, absenteeism, disobedience, and unethical activities during the training course.
• The photograph of the winners will be published on the social media of Cigma. Please report this to our student's relationship officer if you have any objections. Moreover, assure you that we protect all your personal information in the application form.
• Cigma Coding Academy has the right to change the rules and regulations from time to time at its sole and absolute discretion. Therefore, the latest amended law/regulation will be applicable if any such change is made.
• Degree / Diploma or equivalent examination from any recognised Board or Council in medical/Paramedical/life science discipline with age less than 35 years are most preferred for the medical coding job. The candidates from another field should clear the CPC exam as the eligibility criteria for the Medical coding job.
• AAPC exam fees are not included in the training, and they should be separately payable.
