Job Requirements:

• Fresher
• Qualification: Life Science or Paramedical Graduates
• Certification: CPC Mandatory 
• Solid understanding of anatomy, physiology, and pathophysiology.
• ICD -10 -CM Knowledge

Job Descriptions:

• Review and analyze denied Evaluation & Management (E/M) claims to identify root causes such as coding errors, missing documentation, or medical necessity issues.
• Validate EM levels using MDM/time guidelines and ensure alignment with payer-specific policies and compliance standards.
• Prepare accurate reconsiderations/appeals with supporting documentation, coding references, and clear justification to overturn denials.
• Collaborate with providers, coders, and billing teams to obtain required clinical records and resolve recurring denial trends.
• Maintain organized denial logs, track recovery performance, and provide insights to improve first-pass resolution rates and reduce future EM denials.
