Job Requirements:

• Qualifications: Any Graduates
• Certification : Not Mandatory 
• Academic Performance: Minimum 60% in 10th, 12th, and UG (Any Two)
• Medical Coding knowledge

Job Descriptions:

• Coordinate with medical coding trainers, team leaders, quality analysts, and operations teams. 
• Monitor trainee progress and identify employees who require additional coaching or retraining.
• Support continuous improvement of medical coding training processes.
