Job Requirements:

• Experience: Freshers & Experienced (0 to 6 Years of Experience in HCC)
• Education: Any Degree
• Certification: Mandatory
• Good subject knowledge in Anatomy, Physiology, Medical terminology & ICD 10
• Good Communication skills

Job Descriptions:

1. Assign codes to diagnoses and procedures, using ICD (International Classification of Diseases) and CPT (Current Procedural Terminology) codes
2. Accurately assign ICD-10-CM codes that map to Hierarchical Condition Categories (HCCs) for risk adjustment.
3. Apply official coding and risk adjustment guidelines, including those from CMS, to ensure codes correctly reflect patient conditions..
4. Maintain high accuracy and productivity standards for coding and auditing.
5. Perform retrospective, concurrent, and prospective audits of coded records to ensure quality and compliance.
6. Verify that physician documentation supports the assigned diagnosis codes.
7. Identify coding errors, discrepancies, and inconsistencies during audits.

Salary: 

• For Freshers: 16.5K Take Home + Incentives
• For Experienced: Depends on Last CTC
