Job Requirements:

• Qualifications: Life Science Graduate (2025 & 2026 Pass-outs Only)
• Certification: CPC (Mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of Anatomy, Physiology, Medical Terminology, ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS.
• Basic knowledge of ophthalmic anatomy, diseases, diagnostic procedures, and surgeries.
• Good analytical, communication, and computer skills.

Job Descriptions:

• Review patient medical records and physician documentation related to ophthalmology services.
• Assign accurate ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes based on clinical documentation.
• Ensure coding complies with payer regulations and industry coding standards.
• Maintain high levels of coding accuracy, quality, and productivity.
• Identify missing or incomplete documentation and escalate when required.
• Follow coding compliance, confidentiality, and HIPAA guidelines.
• Keep up to date with coding guidelines and ophthalmology coding practices.
• Meet daily productivity and quality targets established by the organization.
• Work collaboratively with quality analysts, team leaders, and healthcare providers to resolve coding-related queries.

Salary: 16K - 18K Take Home
