Job Requirements:

• Fresher
• Qualification : BHMS, BAMS, BPT, BSc. Nursing/Anesthesia Technician/ Cardiac Perfusion Technician/ OT Trauma Care/ Respiratory Technician
• Certification : CPC/CCS/ Equivalent 
• Solid understanding of anatomy, physiology, and pathophysiology.
• Knowledge of common inpatient conditions, surgeries, and procedures.

Job Descriptions:

• Reading inpatient medical records of admitted patients.
• Identifying the main reason for admission (principal diagnosis).
• Finding all additional diagnoses and documented procedures.
• Assigning correct ICD-10-CM diagnosis codes & procedure codes.
• Following official coding guidelines for code selection.
• Assigning the correct DRG based on coded data.
• Checking medical documentation for completeness and clarity.
• Using encoder tools and EHR systems for coding.
• Following company coding policies, rules, and quality standards.
• Maintaining accuracy and meeting productivity targets.
