Job Requirements:

• Education: Life Science Degree
• Certification: Certified or Non-Certified
• Freshers preferred (experienced candidates may also be considered) 
• Candidates should have extensive knowledge on Home Health coding with Coding Only, OASIS, POC, Kinnser Platform. 
• Good Communication skills

Job Descriptions:

• Review and analyze Home Health patient records and clinical documentation.
• Assign accurate diagnosis and procedure codes using ICD-10-CM and other applicable coding guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with Home Health coding standards and payer requirements.
• Verify documentation completeness and identify coding discrepancies.
• Maintain coding quality, productivity, and accuracy standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to clarify documentation when required.
• Stay updated with coding guidelines, regulations, and industry changes.

Salary: Take-Home Salary: ₹20,000 per month (after applicable deductions)- Fresher
