Job Requirements:

• Fresher Only
• Qualification: All Life Science/ Paramedical Graduates
• Certification: CPC/CCS Mandatory
• Good knowledge in Anatomy & Medical Terminology /Knowledge of Disease Processes and Pathophysiology 
• Knowledge of multispecialty coding guidelines (Cardiology, Orthopaedics, Surgery, Radiology, etc.) 
• Familiarity with ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems 

Job Descriptions:

• Review patient medical records and physician documentation.
• Assign accurate diagnosis and procedure codes using ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems.
• Ensure coding compliance with industry standards and regulatory guidelines.
• Analyze medical documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain quality and productivity targets as defined by the organization.
• Identify and report documentation deficiencies when required.
• Work with quality and audit teams to improve coding accuracy.
• Stay updated on coding guidelines and healthcare regulations.

Salary: 23K- 27K CTC + Incentives
