• Good knowledge of medical coding systems, medical terminologies, regulatory requirements, auditing concepts and principles.

Job Descriptions:

• Analyze patient charts, physician notes, and laboratory reports to identify relevant diagnoses and procedures.
• Assign accurate ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes for insurance claims and internal documentation.
• Ensure compliance with medical coding guidelines and standards.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of patient data.
