Job Descriptions:

• Review and analyze medical records for accuracy and completeness.
• Apply clinical knowledge to validate diagnoses, procedures, and treatments.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare guidelines and payer policies.
• Identify documentation gaps, inconsistencies, and potential quality issues.
• Work closely with internal teams to support clinical audit and analysis activities.
• Maintain productivity and quality benchmarks as per company standards.
