Job Descriptions:

• Examine patient medical records, including diagnostic findings, procedures, and treatment notes, to determine necessary information for coding.
• Assign accurate ICD (diagnoses) and CPT/HCPCS (procedures) codes to ensure proper reimbursement.
• Maintain productivity and quality benchmarks as per company standards.
