Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1+ Years Experience in Surgery Coding
• Certification: Must be with CPC, CCS, COC
• Qualification: Any Graduates 
• Specific Experience in Surgery with SDS
• Strong knowledge of CPT guidelines, modifiers, NCCI edits, and bundling rules.
• Good understanding of Anatomy, Physiology, and Medical Terminology.

Job Descriptions:

• Review and analyze medical records, operative notes, and physician documentation.
• Assign accurate CPT, ICD-10-CM, and HCPCS codes for surgical procedures.
• Handle Same Day Surgery (SDS) coding cases independently.
• Ensure compliance with coding guidelines, payer-specific requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Identify documentation gaps and communicate with providers for clarification when necessary.
• Maintain productivity and quality standards as per company benchmarks.
• Participate in internal audits and quality improvement initiatives.
