Job Requirements:
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in Ophthalmology, with exposure to Emergency Medicine and surgical workflows.
- Specialty: Ophthalmology – EM (Emergency Medicine) & Surgical Domain
- Education: Graduation Mandatory
- Certifications: Relevant domain certifications preferred
- Strong experience in Emergency Medicine and Ophthalmic surgery procedures.
- Deep clinical expertise, support quality audits, guide content & development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance clinical processes and outputs.
- Certifications related to Ophthalmology, Medical Coding, EM specialization, or clinical quality (preferred).
Job Descriptions:
- Act as the primary SME for all topics related to Ophthalmology, including EM and surgical care workflows.
- Review and validate clinical content, protocols, training modules, and documentation.
- Provide expert insights into ophthalmic diagnostic methods, surgical steps, and patient care management.
- Conduct training sessions for operations, quality, and product teams.
- Support clinical audits, case reviews, and process improvements.
- Ensure all clinical guidelines align with the latest ophthalmology standards and best practices.
- Offer consultation for escalated clinical cases needing domain expertise.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (operations, clinical quality, product, analytics).
- Contribute to new project evaluations, feasibility reviews, and process transitions.
