Job Requirements:

• Life Science/ Paramedical Graduates - Fresher

                               OR

• Any Graduates with Minimum 6 Months experience in UAE Coding
• Certification : AAPC/AHIMA (Mandatory)
• Good knowledge in ICD, CPT & HCPCS, medical coding systems, medical terminologies, regulatory requirements, auditing concepts and principles.

Job Descriptions:

• CPT/HCPCS or UAE-specific procedural codes are used for procedures.
• Accurate linkage of diagnosis codes with procedures is essential.
• Proficiency in ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems.
• Knowledge of insurance policies, payer requirements, and benefit structures.
• Understanding of rejections, denials, and reasons for resubmission.
• Ability to analyze remittance advice, reconcile payments, and track pending claims.
