Job Requirements:

• Any Graduation
• Trained Coders: ICD-10-AM (Fresher & Experienced)
• Excellent Knowledge in Anatomy.
• Perform accurate inpatient and day surgery coding using ICD-10-AM, ACHI, and ACS (6th / 10th / 11th editions)
• Assign appropriate AR-DRG / IP-DRG groupers in line with Activity Based Funding (ABF) principles

Job Descriptions:

• Ensure correct sequencing of diagnoses and procedures to optimize clinical accuracy and funding integrity
• Review clinical documentation and raise documentation clarification queries where required
• Participate in internal and external coding audits, variance analysis, and corrective action plans
• Saudi Arabia DRG & Payer Coding
• Code inpatient and outpatient encounters using ICD-10-AM and CCHI-BS requirement
• Ensure compliance with Saudi DRG regulations, payer policies, and national reporting standard
• Support mapping and classification projects aligned with Saudi payer reform
• Assist with denial analysis, rebuttals, and resubmissions related to DRG and coding discrepancies
• Quality, Compliance & Governance
• Maintain high coding accuracy in line with Australian and Saudi regulatory standards
• Conduct quality checks, peer reviews, and error trend analysis
• Support implementation of coding updates, standards revisions, and client specifications
• Ensure timely turnaround of coded records within agreed SLAs
