Job Requirements:

• Qualification: Degree with medical background 
• Certification:  Not Mandatory
• Those who good with CPT coding is suitable

Job Descriptions:

• Reviewing patient records, physician's notes, lab reports, and other clinical documentation and translating the diagnoses, procedures, treatments, and services into universal medical codes using standardized classification systems (ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS Level II)
• Making sure that the codes assigned are accurate, complete, consistent, and sequenced appropriately according to government, insurance, and regulatory guidelines

Job Summary:

Salary: Remuneration will be based one work per line item base
