Job Requirements:

• Graduation: Any Graduation
• Certification: AHIMA/AAPC (Mandatory)
• Experience: 1+ Years (Should be in E&M / IP)
• Good knowledge of medical coding systems, medical terminologies, regulatory requirements, auditing concepts and principles.

Job Descriptions:

• Assign accurate E&M and ancillary service codes using CPT, ICD-10-CM, and HCPCS coding
• Adhere to official coding guidelines, payer-specific rules, and regulations from organizations like the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).
• Work with physicians and other providers to clarify documentation and resolve coding issues
• Assist the billing team by providing coding clarifications to reduce claim errors and resolve denials.
