Job Requirements:

• Freshers Only
• Graduation: Life Science/ Paramedical
• Certification: CPC or Equivalent
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology. 
• Proficiency in medical coding and billing systems, regulatory requirements, and auditing concepts.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good Communication skills
• Willingness to participate in continuing education and training.

Job Descriptions:

• Thoroughly examining patient charts to identify services provided and diagnoses documented.
• Using standardized coding systems (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS) to assign codes that accurately represent the services and diagnoses.
• Adhering to coding guidelines and regulations to ensure proper billing and compliance with legal requirements.
• Analyzing medical records and claims data to identify potential coding errors or discrepancies that could lead to denials.
• Working with healthcare providers and other team members to clarify documentation, resolve billing issues, and improve coding accuracy.
• The ability to analyze and interpret medical documentation.
• Meticulousness in reviewing records and assigning codes.
• The ability to identify and resolve coding discrepancies.
