Job Requirements

• Experience: 0 - 6 Months (Freshers eligible)
• Qualification : Any Graduates  
• Certification: CPC or Equivalent (Mandatory)
• EXCELLENT ENGLISH COMMUNICATION SKILL IS MANDATORY 
• Good subject knowledge in Anatomy, Physiology, Medical terminology & ICD 10 CM

Job Descriptions:

• Translate diagnoses, procedures, and services into the correct alphanumeric codes, using resources like ICD (for diagnoses), CPT (for procedures), and HCPCS.
• Collaborate with physicians and other medical staff to clarify information needed for accurate coding
• Review patient charts, physician notes, lab reports, and other documents to extract all necessary information.
• Ensure medical records are accurate, complete, and confidential

Job Details:

Salary: ₹16,000/- to ₹17,000/- (Take Home)
