Job Requirements:

• Life Science or Paramedical Graduates
• Active CPC/CCA Certification
• The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, and Modifiers, with hands-on experience in analyzing medical records and radiology reports.
• Good communication skills and client-handling experience are essential.
• Able to handle accurate radiology coding for US healthcare clients, ensure compliance, and contribute to RCM success.

Job Descriptions:

• Review and analyze radiology reports (X-ray, CT, MRI, Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine, Radiation Oncology) to assign appropriate ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes.
• Achieve high accuracy rates (often 95% or higher) and meet daily productivity targets.
• Communicate with radiologists, billing staff, and other relevant personnel to resolve coding discrepancies and provide guidance.
• Participate in internal and external audits, providing documentation and explanations as needed.
• Verify the completeness and accuracy of medical records, including orders and claims, to minimize denials.
