Job Requirements:

• Any Graduates
• Certification : Not Mandatory
• Good knowledge of medical coding systems, medical terminologies, regulatory requirements, auditing concepts and principles.

Job Descriptions:

• Review medical documents like lab reports, physician's notes, and diagnoses to translate them into medical codes. Medical coders also review and process medical claims for reimbursement to insurance companies. 
• Compiling, processing, and maintaining medical records. 
• Abstracting key data from the medical information
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the claims process.
• Develop strategies to reduce claim denial rates through improved communication with clients.Review and code all documents for inpatient encounters, including surgeries, tests and diagnosis.
• Apply codes, which classify patient cases into groups that are used for reimbursement.
• Code records in a timely manner to meet billing cycles and hospital deadlines.
• Ensuring compliance with coding guidelines and regulations.
• Communicating with clinical staff.
• Keeping abreast of industry standards.

Salary: 18K CTC
