Job Requirements:

• Any Graduation
• Certification: CPC Mandatory
• Experience : 6 Months - 3 Years in HCC coding
• Strong understanding of ICD-10-CM codes, especially chronic and complex conditions.
• Competence in using audit tools, spreadsheets (Excel), and coding platforms.
• Familiarity with encounter data and claims data for Medicare Advantage plans
• Experience using coding tools and encoders
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good Communication skills

Job Descriptions:

• Review and analyze medical records to identify and validate ICD-10-CM diagnosis codes that map to HCCs.
• Apply appropriate risk adjustment methodologies depending on payer requirements.
• Ensure all codes are supported by clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with providers and clinical staff to clarify diagnoses and resolve documentation gaps.
• Participate in internal and external coding audits as needed.
• Accurately and efficiently meet productivity and quality benchmarks.
• Stay current with coding updates, risk adjustment changes, and regulatory requirements.
• Ensuring adherence to medical coding policies and standards.
• Verifying code accuracy with physicians' diagnoses.
• Staying informed on evolving coding regulations.

Salary: 18K - 25K CTC
