Job Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in either life sciences or a paramedical field is required. 

AAPC or AHIMA certification (Mandatory/Recent)

Strong understanding of anatomy and physiology

Basic knowledge of medical coding principles

Familiarity with ICD-10 and CPT coding systems

Job Descriptions:

Learn to translate medical documentation into accurate diagnostic and procedural codes

Assign appropriate ICD-10 and CPT codes for patient encounters, procedures, and diagnoses

Review medical records to ensure complete and accurate documentation

Verify coding accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements

Participate in regular training to enhance coding skills and knowledge

Collaborate with healthcare providers to resolve documentation discrepancies

Stay current with coding guidelines and healthcare regulation changes

Salary: CTC 21K (Including the training period)
