Job Requirements:

• Any graduation

• CPC / CCS Certification mandatory

• Candidates with 70% above score in educational background is considered

• Good knowledge of medical coding systems, medical terminologies, regulatory requirements, auditing concepts and principles

Job Descriptions:

• Manage health claims and prior authorization with payers.

• Conduct thorough investigations into claimant's medical history, treatment plans, and policy coverage.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as adjusters and medical professionals to resolve complex cases.

• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the claims process.

• Develop strategies to reduce claim denial rates through improved communication with clients.
