Job Requirements:

• Life Science / Paramedical graduation mandatory

• CPC Certification mandatory

• Good knowledge of medical coding systems, medical terminologies, regulatory requirements, auditing concepts and principles

Job Descriptions:

• Review and analyze inpatient medical records for accurate diagnosis and procedure coding.

• Assign appropriate ICD-10-CM/PCS codes in compliance with official coding guidelines.

• Ensure correct DRG assignment based on documentation and coding principles.

• Validate and verify documentation to ensure coding accuracy and completeness.

• Collaborate with team members to resolve coding discrepancies and queries.

• Stay updated with changes in coding guidelines, regulations, and payer requirements.

Salary: 23K CTC
