Job Requirements:

• 2+ years of specialty experience is mandatory.

• CPC/CCS Certification mandatory.

• Should be good at Oncology coding concepts.

• Proficiency in quality assurance methodologies, tools, and techniques.

Job Descriptions:

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures tailored to EM Oncology

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and organizational policies related to primary care, preventive visits, and urgent care practices.

• Conduct regular assessments and audits of primary care, preventive visits, and urgent care services to monitor quality metrics, identify trends, and pinpoint areas for improvement.

• Review clinical documentation, including medical records and encounter notes, to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with documentation standards and regulatory requirements.
