Job Descriptions:

• Analyzing patient records for missing information and ensuring the correct codes are assigned
• Identifying and correcting coding and documentation deficiencies
• Measuring the quality of services provided by tracking outcomes for individual patients
• Analyzing statistical and clinical data on patients, treatment plans, and discharge summaries
