Job Requirements:

• Any graduation with CPC Certification mandatory
• Should be good at IPDRG coding concept.
• Good knowledge of medical coding systems, medical terminologies, regulatory requirements, auditing concepts and principles
  
  

Job Descriptions:                                                                              

·        Review inpatient medical records to assign accurate ICD-10-CM and PCS codes

·        Adhere to coding clinics and guidelines, and query physicians for clarification as needed.

·        Ensure that codes are assigned correctly and sequenced according to government and insurance regulations.

·        Collect information from physicians to prepare monthly reports. 

·        Regularly check on the status of accounts that are on hold and follow up with leaders when necessary.
