Job Requirements:

• Life Science graduates with 5+ years of experience in auditing coding files.
• Candidate should be CPC Certified.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and best practices relevant to primary care, preventive visits, and urgent care services.
• Proficiency in quality assurance methodologies, tools, and techniques.

Job Descriptions:

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures tailored to EM Primary Care, Preventive Visits, and Urgent Care services.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and organizational policies related to primary care, preventive visits, and urgent care practices.
• Conduct regular assessments and audits of primary care, preventive visits, and urgent care services to monitor quality metrics, identify trends, and pinpoint areas for improvement.
• Review clinical documentation, including medical records and encounter notes, to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with documentation standards and regulatory requirements.
