Job Requirements:

• Life Science graduates with 5+ years of experience in auditing coding files.
• Candidate should be CPC Certified
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards governing laboratory and pathology practices, such as CLIA, CAP, and FDA regulations.
• Proficiency in quality assurance methodologies, tools, and techniques.

Job Descriptions:

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures for ancillary services within the laboratory and pathology department.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, standards, and guidelines governing laboratory and pathology practices, including but not limited to CLIA, CAP, and FDA regulations.
• Conduct routine audits and assessments of ancillary services to monitor quality control processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of quality assurance activities, audit findings, corrective actions, and other relevant information.
