Job Requirements:

CPC Certified with life science and Non life science Graduation

Good knowledge of medical coding and billing systems, medical terminologies, regulatory requirements, auditing concepts, and principles

Job Descriptions:

·  

l Assign codes to diagnoses and procedures, using ICD (International Classification of Diseases) and CPT (Current Procedural Terminology) codes

l Ensure codes are accurate and sequenced correctly following government and insurance regulations

l Search for information in cases where the coding is complex or unusual

l Receive and review patient charts and documents for accuracy

l Review the previous day's batch of patient notes for evaluation and coding

l Ensure that all codes are current and active
